Information we process

Pipo processes account identifiers and email, nickname, profile photo, friend connections, Pipo schedule and delivery status, reports and support requests, push tokens, subscriptions and rewarded-send status.

How voice media is handled

Voice and ringtone media is encrypted on the sender’s device. Encrypted media may be stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 while the recipient is offline. It is removed when the recipient downloads and prepares the Pipo. Unreceived media expires no later than the scheduled time or 24 hours after upload, whichever comes first. Supabase does not store voice files. Received media is kept on the recipient’s device for 24 hours; recordings a user explicitly saves remain only on that device until deleted.

Service providers and advertising choices

Supabase provides authentication, profiles, friends, entitlements and minimal delivery state. Cloudflare provides encrypted temporary delivery and transient retry infrastructure. Apple provides Sign in with Apple, notifications, scheduled alerts and in-app purchases. Google AdMob provides optional rewarded advertising and consent management. Where a user grants the required consent and iOS tracking permission, AdMob may use activity across apps and websites to provide personalized rewarded ads and measure performance. If the user declines, Pipo requests non-personalized or limited ads instead. Users can reopen advertising privacy choices in Pipo Settings.

Retention and control

Account and minimal Pipo state is retained only as needed to operate the service. You can revoke microphone, notification and tracking permissions in iPhone Settings, reopen advertising privacy choices in Pipo, block friends, remove local media, and delete your account from Pipo Settings.

음성과 벨소리는 보내는 기기에서 암호화됩니다. 받는 기기가 일시적으로 오프라인인 경우 Cloudflare R2에 임시 보관되며, 수신 기기가 내려받아 준비하면 삭제됩니다. 수신하지 못한 파일은 예약 시간 또는 업로드 후 24시간 중 먼저 도달하는 시점 이후 만료됩니다. Supabase에는 음성 파일이 저장되지 않습니다. 받은 음성은 받는 기기에 24시간 보관되며, 사용자가 보관함 저장을 선택한 사본만 직접 삭제할 때까지 해당 기기에 남습니다.

Google AdMob은 선택적 보상형 광고와 개인정보 동의 화면을 제공합니다. 사용자가 필요한 동의와 iOS 추적 권한을 허용하면 앱과 웹사이트에서의 활동 정보가 맞춤 광고 제공과 광고 성과 측정에 사용될 수 있습니다. 거부한 경우 Pipo는 비맞춤 또는 제한 광고를 요청합니다. 광고 개인정보 선택은 Pipo 설정에서 다시 열 수 있고, 추적 권한은 iPhone 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다.

계정 삭제는 앱 설정에서 할 수 있습니다. 개인정보, 계정, 결제 및 신고 관련 문의는 앱의 ‘고객지원 문의’에서 접수할 수 있습니다.
